We punished  fail fit Taranis, a  Drake, and a third victim.  Most people know my feelings about Drakes, I do not hide the fact that I REALLY do not like them and yell at any CEPTA guys that bring that piece of crap.  DO they have a use?  Yes, is that use in PvP?  No, not in my opinion.

Anyways we black ops jumped to irritate some folks and it worked quite well.

In terms of Corporation Security I have been thinking that I am excessively paranoid. My brain trys to come up with some reason to allow me to believe folks but, sadly, that does not seem to be the case all that often.  For the most part,  I think people are lying to me , which I loathe more than you can even imagine.  My only advice… stand up and be counted, even if you terribly wrong… I will at LEAST admire your conviction and sticking to your guns.  My thinking is that I am just a bit too cynical as of late so I will see if I can take the cynicism notch down a peg or two, we shall see how that goes.

I do not enjoy being a mean ass bastard and at times I ahve been called the Iron hand in  the velvet glove.  That is a new part of my personality as to most people I meet I go out of my way to be kind etc…might just be EVE getting to me.  Either that or I am becoming more grouchy as I age.

Oh and a thought if you want to join a PvP alliance have a damned killboard.

Work seems to be moving forward for testing the lag fixes that CCP has done.  In other news it would seem that Massively got a good scoop on the upcoming expansion, Avatar redesign, fighting off invaders all over, do you think for one GOD DAMNED second that will umm perhaps give us a new ship? I can only hope so but we shall see.  After their grand design reveal at last years FanFest, (yes I paid attention and watched every single bit of info that I could) This EvE gate things better hit critical mass damned fast or they will be screwed.  Oh yea maybe DUST, whatever good that might be to a non-console gamer, maybe they will fix the damned click fest with PI.

Let me know your thoughts I am always interested in hearing them.

Yes indeed, after quite a few months recruiting ( aside from some in the pipeline)  we are shutting recruiting down. All the folks that were interested or curious, thanks for your time.  I hope the Hotel elsewhere has some vacancies

Some good fights recently specifically Friday night and Monday night.  I was out of game on Friday and Saturday. SO far we have pounded into Dust the Drake/ RR Scimitar fleets overcoming the Alpha of 10-15 Tempests is very tough to do.

Looking at the influence map does indeed show a new corp arising from Atlas it woudl seem. White Noise it would seem, has a reconstituted Atlas..  I have zero contacts within Atlas, so we shall see what comes to pass with them.

I was remiss last week with commenting on other people’s blogs so for that I do offer a humble apology, normally I try to peruse some and see if any new ideas spring to life.

I would like to offer, for your consideration whether or not to faction fit a Dread.  As long as the modules are not too costly I do not see the need to actively avoid it, but was wondering what the consensus was out there?

• One camp ( the one I am leaning to right now) says there are no amount of modules that will prevent it (a Dread) from being blown to pieces by a POS gunner/ or any Enemy Fleet if they feel like engaging it.
• The other camp is one of try as best possible to protect the largest most expensive ship I own from dieing.

Hopefully losing it will not be a result of it’s maiden voyage but meh…do not fly what your not willing to lose. No risk , no rewards, no guts no glory and all that

broke 700 kills with manasi, something I have been striving to do for a very long time.  With greater responsibilities within the Alliance and the Corp my playtime has certainly taken a major hit, and things slowed very much this summer, but enough about that…

Oh and for you other Alliance folks do you maintain a “black” list, a list of people that are unwelcome not wanted etc within your Alliance/ Corporation?  Just curious.

busy busy busy…whew.  Been in a f ew fights ended up the last three days in August by killing more stuff that in the last week of July and the 1st 3 weeks in August.  So we ended with a bang

Mord wrote that I should not have counted Atlas out  and honestly I was not trying to till I read the Bobby Atlas rant.  I would be mad too if things just exploded but honestly this is where SyS-K was about 6 months ago when Liam became ill, and then stopped logging in.  The pressure of dealing with stuff every day and feeling like you are forced to login is a tough road for anyone.  That decision is made even harder as time wears on.  Like I said before we shall see what happens with Atlas and company, I won’t kick em when their down even though they didn’t do shit to lift a finger for us in Esoteria, no bitterness, just a fact..  Meh… what goes around comes around, still I hope they will emerge again from the ruin that is teh former powerhouse Atlas.

I get to meet another of my corp tomorrow night in DC, so that should prove fun.  I have flown with lots of people and the ones that stick in my head are the ones I actually get to meet.

The spammers seem to have taken an int-rest lately to trying to comment on the blog.  some are quite hilarious and if I get a minute I’ll post some more to make fun of these idiotic bastards.

I have to thank Kirith Kodachi IIRC, for the “battle for wesnoth” …that damned little game has taken on a life of it’s own.  Damn you for introducing me to it. Damn you I say!
